Service Description
N.P.O. Honzo Haven is hosting a gathering of making organic miso (soybean paste) at Honzokaku Natural Remedies Center (145 E 35th St., between Lexington and 3rd Ave) on Friday, February 28th at 6 pm to 8:30 pm. Together we shall be cooking, then smashing the soybeans. Next we will be adding koji powder (for fermenting) and pure salt. It will be so much fun!! We will be serving some snacks with homemade miso! While organic products can be expensive, we know that our well-being is worth every penny. So why not join us to have the priceless knowledge of healthy, natural traditions?! All we ask for is a minimum donations of $45 (more is also appreciated). You will go home with a mason jar filled with homemade miso to enjoy and stay healthy! Please register your seat by 20th of February as we have limited seats available. Payment is due at time of registration. Our purpose in this is for love, caring and togetherness. We can't wait to see you here!
